How fresh is the coffee?

All coffees are roasted to order in small batches. We ship shortly after roasting to preserve depth, balance, and character in every cup.

Are any purchases final sale?

As our coffees are roasted to order, purchases are final once roasting begins.

Should you need to adjust your order, please reach out promptly and we will do our best to assist before production starts.

When will I receive my order?

Each coffee is roasted to order and processed within 1–5 business days.

Delivery within the U.S. typically takes an additional 1–5 business days once shipped.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.

Are flavored coffees artificially sweetened?

No. Our flavored coffees are naturally infused, with no added sugars or artificial sweeteners. Each profile is crafted to enhance the coffee’s natural character while maintaining balance and depth.

What is the return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We’ll gladly review the matter and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Do you ship outside the U.S?

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. As we continue to grow, we hope to expand internationally. If you're outside the U.S., we truly appreciate your interest — and we look forward to serving you soon.
