At Benjara & Co, we take great care in crafting and shipping our coffee to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, all coffee sales are final.

Coffee is a perishable food item, and for quality, safety, and freshness reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee once it has been shipped and delivered.

This applies to:

  • Whole bean coffee

  • Ground coffee

  • Limited releases or specialty coffees (Espresso)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to damage or error on our part, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card provider after approval.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an issue qualifies, we will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
